Saturday’s Diet
Breakfast was sausage and cauliflower.
Lunch was a stir fry of chicken, brocolli, cauliflower and alfalfa sprouts with chicken broth.
Dinner was a stir fry of shrimp, brocolli, snap peas, and cabbage with a ginger honey sauce.

My height is 73 inches.
My waist at the belly button is 51.5 inches.
My neck just above the larnyx is 17.5.
I calculate a body fat percentage of 37%.
That gives me 171 pounds of lean body mass and 101 pounds of fat.

Today’s Diet

Breakfast was buffalo italian sausage (1/4 pound), 1/2 cup of cauliflower, 1/2 cup of bean sprouts stir fried in  beef boulion, soy sauce and chopped scallions.
Lunch was chicken (1 cup chopped), 1/3 cup of asparagus, 1/3 cup of sprouts, 1/3 cup brocolli stir fried in chicken boulion.

Yesterday I had:
1/2 grapefruit for breakfast.
Celery, zuchini and an apple for lunch along with a cup of prune juice.
Hamburger, green beans, tomatoes and a glass of prune juice for dinner.

One half grapefruit for breakfast.

Still Easing Out Of The Juice Fast

Here’s today’s menu:
For breakfast, I had 1/2 grapefruit.

I Ended The Juice Fast

I ended the juice fast Friday evening.
Today, I ate a half grapefruit for breakfast.
Lunch was two boiled eggs, green beans, zuchini and tomato juice.
Dinner was a buffalo burger, green beans and an apple.
Everything was organic.
