One of my favorite dishes this week is a traditional Costa Rican salad called chimichuri.
Making chimichuri is easy.  First you chop tomatoes, onions, cucumber and cilanto (more tomatoes and cucumber than onions… more onions than cilatro).  Mix them together and dowse with lime juice.

For awhile, I have been experimenting with supplements.  I found that niacin and calcium both have a weight loss effect on me.  Other supplements caused weight gain in me.
