I had been avoiding my driveway for my walks because it is a quarter mile long and is a 40 degree climb.
I felt so good this morning that I went for it. That made my morning walk about 2.5 miles instead of a mile to my property gate and a mile back.
I weighed in at 281 this morning. Breakfast was a kiwi, half grapefruit and granola with yogurt over it.
