A Tasty Shrimp Recipe

For lunch, I finished off the tuna salad over baby greens, alfalfa sprouts, a couple kinds of cheese and the same dressing as yesterday except for some tomato juice added.

Then I pinched off the tales of some super jumbo shrimp (about 1/2 pound).  I heated up some olive oil until it sizzled when I dripped water on it.  Then added 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne and covered it in honey.  I added the shrimp and covered them in honey again.  I allowed it to reduce, added sesame seeds and served it.  It was very yummy and 1/2 pound of shrimp is very filling after a medium sized salad.
