I weighed in at 279 this morning.
I ate a huge breakfast including two fried eggs, two pieces of buttered toast, a slab of smoked salmon, vegetable juice (juiced the veggies we didn’t eat last week because new veggies arrived from Diamond Organics), a half grapefruit and half a mango.
I’m off for my daily walk… which, of course, is getting easier every day.
