Another Grape Fast

Aloha,

I just finished a couple of “free” weeks (no controlled diet plan).

This week, I’m doing another grape fast to see if the results are consistent.  The rules:

1. Drink as much water as desired.  Can have some lemon or lime juice in the water.

2. Eat as many seeded red grapes as desired.  Eat the seeds.  Chew them up.

So far, this has been the most effective weekly plan in the entire list of weekly plans that I’ve tested (including a straight water fast).  We’ll see if the results are consistent.

Of course, for nutrition reasons, I’ll probably follow it up with a meat plan or something far away from a fast next week.
