Big Breakfast & Walking

I started my new routine this morning.

I woke up and drank a large glass of water.

I weighed in at 284 pounds.

I made a big breakfast consisting of a three egg omelette with cheese fried in a mixture of butter, salt, pepper and cayenne.  Along with the omelette, I had a half salted grapefruit and a large glass of milk.

I then went for a one mile walk.  It took 1/2 hour.
