Saturday’s Diet
Breakfast was sausage and cauliflower.
Lunch was a stir fry of chicken, brocolli, cauliflower and alfalfa sprouts with chicken broth.
Dinner was a stir fry of shrimp, brocolli, snap peas, and cabbage with a ginger honey sauce.
Dessert was home-made honey ice cream.
Sunday
Breakfast was sausage and eggs.
Lunch was a stir fry of chicken snap peas and brocolli in chicken boulion.
Dinner was buffalo italian sausage and marinara sauce over noodles with garlic bread and home-made honey ice cream.
Monday
Breakfast was sausage and eggs.
Lunch was a family picnic with subway sandwiches, potato chips, cookies, cup cakes and other assorted junk food. I also had a soda pop.
Dinner was the remainer of the maranara sauce with chicken in it.
Tuesday
I skipped breakfast (busy morning).
Lunch was Saag Baag (1/4 pound) and curried turkey (1/4 pound) at Wild Oats.
Dinner was Italian sausage (buffalo) in alfredo sauce over noodles.
Dessert was home-made honey ice cream.
