Colon Cleanse

One of the things I read about in Kevin Trudeau’s book was the importance of doing a colon cleanse to lose weight.

The claim is that there is decaying organic matter in most people’s colons that has been there for years.  It blocks adsorption and provides food for a candida yeast infection which leads to carbohydrate cravings.

I found that claim rather incredible.  Have you ever seen a colonoscopy before?  They insert a camera and you can see the squeaky clean colon walls.  Where is this stuff hiding?

I did some reading and the claim appears to be that stuff hides on your colon walls and just builds up.  The claim is that I wasn’t seeing clean colon walls.  I was seeing stuff that was basically like a sausage casing all firmly stuck to the walls of the colon.

As I read more, I found a site that sells a colon cleanse.  They have many very graphic pictures of the results of using their program.  The pictures are rather compelling.  They show stuff that really could only be expelled organic matter stuck to the sides of the colon wall.  Some are many feet long and solidly joined.  It really does appear to be what would happen if you got all of the materal stuck to the inside of an intestine to disconnect from the walls of the intestine (but not unstick from itself) and be expelled.

Go check out the pictures yourself:

http://www.DrNatura.com

I started that program a little over a month ago.

This morning, I expelled a 4+ foot long sausage casing like excrement just like the pictures.

I haven’t mentioned this program before because I didn’t want to appear to recommend it without having experienced results myself.

I don’t know if it will help lose weight.  I can’t even do a decent study on that because it takes so long and so many other factors might be at play.  However, this product DOES do what it promises… cleans out stuff from your colon that has been stuck to the walls for years.  I can back up that claim since I have experienced it myself now.

I will continue to do the program for another couple of months (as recommended) to get all of this stuff out of me.

Consider it for yourself.

The “4 foot long” mass you expelled was almost certainly the psyllium (gellified) that you consumed as part of the “cleansing product.” In other words, the ingredients in that product, along with your normal fecal matter attached, gave you the ILLUSION you were passing something long hidden in your colon. Normal diets supply sufficient fiber to move matter through the colon. Everything else is just flying saucer science. That expellage seems to have blinded you to your initially correct analysis and skepticism on the subject. No need for anyone to strap themselves to a toilet and take such supplements.

  2. Hi Zelda,

Remember that I was on a juce fast that had devolved into almost a water fast at the time of the odd excrement.

For the prior 3-4 days, my only excrement was the plug from the psyllium (which is very characteristic… it is about 2″ by 3″ on exit and a very specific consistency) and some random fruit or vegetable fiber which was so undigested that I could easily identify the source substance. Carrot being the most recognizable.

Since I hadn’t eaten anything solid in over four days, I was first astounded by the volume of matter expelled. It was certainly not the husks. This was a very solid, very well structured sausage casing like material.

Take a look at the pictures on DrNatura.com. How could those masses be explained away as any kind of fiber? The subjects those masses were expelled from often pick them up with a stick and allow them to hang while taking the pictures. No normal excrement that I have ever had has that structural integrity. You simply can’t pick up an excrement that is four foot long with a stick and have it stay connected (not to mention even having a four foot long excrement).

If psyllium fiber is the base material of that excrement, then it first stuck and stayed to the linings of my intestine over the first four weeks and then finally expelled itself. During that time, it somehow trapped animal material and made it a part of the structure. I say that because the smell was that of a rotting carcass. I live in the country and many deer, elk and other mammal carcasses are often found along side the road from being hit by a car. I recognize the smell. It was possibly the smelliest poo I have ever passed.

BTW, the amount of psyllium used in the program does not cause any “strapping to a toilet.” I think the morning regimen is about 2 grams of psyllium… hardly enough to even notice except when you are on a fast or something and see the plug exit.

As for “flying saucer” science, you forget that I worked with flying saucers during my career. I worked on the SR-71, the B2 and the F117 during my career along with some true flying saucers that still don’t have production names. We enjoyed being able to test fly aircraft and having their reports ignored and discounted as “flying saucer” reports.

  3. Did you take a picture of yourself holding up the “results” on a chopstick next to the toilet, James? Are you sending in a testimonial of that nature?

I am also compelled to do this program but have been warned by my family (what do they know ?) That is is not safe!

I got my two kits off ebay from “blessedherbs.com” They recommend a 5 day liquid only fast for best results which is why I have been putting it off.

Good to hear it did not kill you anyway. At least now I know one person who has been a guinea pig for colonic cleansing.

Well done and congratulations. Hilarious post, too.

    Zelda-

Have you ever had psyllium on a regular basis? Psyllium alone does NOT by any stretch of the imagination turn stools into the disgusting, vile goop that appears in colon cleanse photos. Can you explain the worms that people have seen, or is that flying saucer science too?

Psyllium bulks out the stool. During a liver detox, I was having a fair amount of the stuff, and I can tell you now, my ‘motions’ did not look like that!

I think fasting is probably the most important step. Each day, people over-eat, meat-eaters struggle to digest a lot of their food (hence why more and more people are recognising that humans are healthiest on herbivore diets), people consume large amounts of bread, which is stocked with fat and preservatives to stop it from decaying. It’s no wonder our guts are so congested and that people suffer from IBS and bloated stomachs!

I will say that the colon cleanse programs are very expensive. People should consider reading up on how to do their own, and perhaps trying eating raw vegan foods and juicing- as opposed to spending lots of money on these things.

I have just ordered from Dr. Naturas site and am looking forward to what may come once my husband and I begin the program. I do agree that our human food selections have gone down the drain. I can see why we would function better as vegans. I;m looking forward to less food cravings as I think I have a candida build up as K. Trudeau talk of in his book. I’d love to know more about your progress so far. What it hard to fast, or do liquid only at the start of the program? How long is that to last? My husband might not make it through that part???
    Thanks for the feedback,

That guy that is cutting down the colon cleanse needs to do one his self before cutting it down, he’s a idiot. It’s the best thing ever, I did it and I loved it. I feel way better, and I eat organic and breathe organic. A fruit or vege doesn’t go into my mouth less it is organic. So try before u go cutting stuff down that is very much indeed good for a person to do. Go Dr Natura.

I tell ya. I was sceptic too and wondered if the fiber was what caused the intestinal innertube expulsions and I did experiment with letting it sit on the counter but nothing happened like the stuff I’ve seen from my own self. When I say innertube that’s the consistency. Fiber alone cannot create that unless it’s got superglue mixed in.

Besides the colors! One was white as chalk and had a clear imprint of the insides of my intestine on it… Chalk!

Critters? Some things I have simply not been able to identify but if you’re interested go read some testimonials, they are true. I’ll be doing this on a yearly basis for the rest of my life.

Tara, I am just starting month two of Dr. Natura, and I must tell you you don’t have to fast. I eat pretty normal, maybe a little healthier. I haven’t had any ‘big discoveries’ myself, but I do feel better. And you don’t have to live near a toilet, you go normally, just more often.

My boyfriend already ordered it and is a complete skeptic. If he is convinced, we’re going to buy it for our parents, too.

I too have bought this product. The things that I have expelled are snake looking yaky things too. Exactly as the pictures at the site. If I had not seen this with my own eyes, I would not have believed it. I had been ill for 7 long miserable years, and I have lost 13 lbs. and feel so much better and am starting on my 3 box of this product soon. I have energy, I am no longer feeling depressed. I have my life back. Don’t be a skeptic, it works and I am here to prove it.

My husband and I just started our 2nd month of the program and the results have been amazing. You just don’t realize how awful you feel until you start feeling better. I don’t care if it is psyllium or actual intestinal plaque - all I know is that I want it out. I have had lots of grey, petrified looking things come out and I know that cannot be good. I have been journaling my whole experience to send in as a testimonial once we finish. I LOVE Dr. Natura and have already gotten quite a few people on the program. And I don’t care how much it costs - my health is more important than money.

I completed 2 months of this very program a few months ago. I didn’t go on to the third. I didn’t go probing around my stool, or taking pictures, or doing much more than peeking briefly because it was just too gross.

I can tell you though that I had a constipation problem–2 to 9 days at a time of zero bowel activity–prior to the Colonix cleanse, and after the cleanse it’s completely gone. I’ve not used the products at all for 3 months and I’m still completely regular.

This product does what it says. Don’t worry about the cost. The results are worth every penny.

I have to say. I have been on the cleanse for 1 month and two weeks, and I was a really bad case, I was getting worse and worse constipatation, to the point I was crying out to God for help. I just could not live with this “deerlike” poop any more, sometimes I would have to give myself an enema, with extreme, pain just to get relief. I happened on the site, and I really feel I found my answer. I am going to the bathroom every morning. That in itself is truely a miracle. I haven’t lost any weight, because even though I’m ambarrased to say, I have felt so good, I have been eating anything I wanted to. Before, I would have to really watch my carbs, and sweets. I wouldn’t have a bm for a week!I have expelled some strange things like hominy looking stuff, and some very old grey petrified stuff, wouldn’t break apart with a chopstick. I could tell the difference between the fiber and the colon stuff for all of you wondering about that.My first week though, I went through total hell with the product. I felt like I had the flu, headaches, nausea, stomache pain, bad pains behind my eyes. Every time I would have a BM I would feel great! Then would come another headache etc.I had a lot of bad smelling gas before, and that is now gone. I will go back to my stricter diet an a couple of days, and give another testimony then, By tha way, I’m still waiting to see the intestinal looking stuff. I guess my fiber doesn’t turn into that like everyone elses does! hmmmmm maybe it’s not the fiber after all!!!! Thanks for hearing Teresa

I have been reading up on this stuff, and actually started a cleanse today. I got one that has the same ingredients as Colonix, except the tea is slightly different, and I got free probiotics.

I saw a link (I don’t remember where now) where some guy sent the casing thing he expelled to be analyzed. It came back that it was made up from the fiber, but there was other stuff stuck to it as well, including parasites. Then there was someone who did the cleanse for several months who had the casings less and less as their bowel became clean. I figure if it does line your bowel for a while, it is probably trapping all the yucky stuff and dead parasites, and helping it move out.

Oh, and I forgot to mention that my mother told me that years ago she expelled something that looked wierd and wavy, like intestinal lining. She hadn’t been taking anything like a colon cleanse. Someone on another forum said they had had that happen to them and they hadn’t been cleansing. So, I don’t believe mucoid plaque is all hype.

James…congratulations on your success with the drnatura program…it’s the best! I’ve tried others with no success and started Colonix in March after researching it for my daughter. I’ve known about colon cleansing for years, but didn’t want to disturb my (often) upset stomach. I took the plunge and have been so excited about the results. I’ve passed so many types of parasites, plaque, mucous, hard ropey things & the list goes on. I was diagnosed 2 yrs. ago with hypothyroid and have had bouts of adrenal meltdowns which leave me so weak I felt like I was dying :-( After 3 mos. on this program I am full of energy, have lost 5 lbs….no more ‘meltdowns’ and no stomach problems for over 6 mos. I will never be w/o this product and have started many people on it with similar results. You have nothing to lose, but the gunk in your system and everything to gain. I am pain free and have even started my mother in law on the product with very good results and she’s 94!!

  21. Hey, James. I have done DrNatura’s products and I am PLEASED. I’ve eliminted some whoppers. And afterwards, I’ve felt light and healthy. I did my own website as well and as one can see (on the site), I’ve been pretty healthy but I recently started having digestive issues. I started DrNatura’s products and they’ve helped so much. DrNatura is a great gift of health to give to anyone.
