Customer Service Nightmare

I strongly recommend AGAINST using Mercola.com or Blackwing.com to get organic ostrich meat.

I gave them an honest try.  They never delivered.

In addition, they insist on annoying you by telephone and telling you how great their customer service is (even though they never even delivered the product I purchased).

Repeated emails confirmed their policy of insisting on calling by telephone repeatedly (why? To sell more stuff they won’t deliver?  I don’t know.  I refused to play their games and didn’t return their multiple insistent calls).

They claim they didn’t ship my order because I didn’t select a shipping method.  Obviously that should be their problem to fix their order form if true, not my problem.  In fact, I did select overnight shipping.  They charged me for it.  They never delivered.

To make matters even worse, they refused to refund me after multiple emails.   They claim they never charged me.  My debit card company disagrees and I tend to believe them.  I’m going to actually have to dispute the charges with my debit card company.

This is definitely not my idea of good customer service even though they state they are proud of their customer service policies.

A big thumbs down for both companies (one acts as the affiliate for the other).
