Between the last diet related post and this one, my diet has been:
4 oz of meat or eggs (chicken, elk, buffalo, beef, shrimp, eggs)
8 oz of some kind of low-carb vegetables (brocolli, cauliflower, cucumber, olives, avocado)
for each of three daily meals.
Today I start a lemonade fast. I will be drinking only water with the following added:
Lemon, lime, honey, maple syrup, maple sugar, molasses, cayenne.
