I ended the lemonade fast last Friday.
Since then, the eating plan rules have been:
1. Eat only meat, certain cheeses and eggs.
2. Take a vitamin C supplement.
3. Cheeses include any cheese with less than 1/15th of the grams being carbohydrate. I’m eating sharp cheddar, cream cheese, havarti and swiss.
4. I’m eating as much as I want as often as I want.
