I haven’t posted my eating plans recently. Here’s a catch-up.
From the last entry until Wednesday of last week, I was drinking 180 grams of whey protein in three shakes throughout the day and taking the vitamin supplements talked about in a prior post (the “Eat Your Vitamins” post). After that, I would eat whatever I wanted.
That was the plan for our vacation too, but it was quickly abandoned. Instead, we ate all fast food… KFC, Taco Bell, McDonalds, Pizza Hut along with a family owned pizza place and a family owned steak house. Vacation was over on Sunday.
For Sunday after breakfast (which was McDonalds) until Tuesday evening, I stayed on a water fast along with the above vitamins. My blood pressure was back up in the 145/90 range. I gained a lot of weight. I had chest pains on vacation. I received a bad sunburn which wasn’t healing very fast.
I broke the fast last night with two organic hamburger patties and a bowl of frozen organic (non homogenized) yogurt. This morning, I had 8 oz of smoked salmon for breakfast and 4oz of fatty steak (even more fatty than Kobe) along with a cup of broccoli for lunch.
