So far, I have tried psylium husks (no affect) and slo-niacin (nice effect) as supplements to help with weight loss.
I’ll need to repeat both experiments under several different circumstances in order to get some statistically valid data, but now it’s time to move on to the next supplement.
This week, I’ll be trying Indole-3-Carbinol. I purchased by bottles on Amazon.com from a company called “Now.”
I’ll be taking 1 gram in the morning and 1 gram before bed-time.
We’ll see how it goes.
