New Diet Plan

I ended the all meat, cheese and dairy eating plan on Saturday.

This week, the eating plan is:

As much of any one fruit as I want for breakfast.

As much of any one vegetable as I want for lunch.

As much of any one meat as I want for dinner.

The first day I had cherries for breakfast (about a pound), brocolli seasoned with garlic salt and pepper for lunch (about a pound) and beef cubes seasoned with Spike and pepper for dinner (about 1/2 pound).

Today I had grapes for breakfast (a little over a pound).  I plan to have avocado for lunch and tilapia (lemon and herb seasoned) for dinner.
