Today’s Diet

Breakfast was buffalo italian sausage (1/4 pound), 1/2 cup of cauliflower, 1/2 cup of bean sprouts stir fried inĀ  beef boulion, soy sauceĀ and chopped scallions.

Lunch was chicken (1 cup chopped), 1/3 cup of asparagus, 1/3 cup of sprouts, 1/3 cup brocolli stir fried in chicken boulion.

Dinner was sandwich steak (like on philly cheesesteak sandwiches), cauliflower, brocolli, bean sprouts, zuchini all stir fried in soy sauce and terriyaki sauce.

Dessert was 1/4 cantaloupe and 2 scoops of ice cream made with a pint of cream, 7 oz coconut milk, 1/2 cup of honey and 2 tsps. of cinnamon.

  1. Nice job, kudos on sticking to the plan.

    You might want to start posting bodyfat levels, body composition levels and general mental and energy levels on a weekly basis.

    Any chance of you posting your physical exertion routines daily? If you aren’t building muscle then the diet won’t stick longterm.
