Here is today’s diet:
Breakfast: 1/2 grapefruit
Lunch: 4 oz beef cubes (fried in butter with spike seasoning), 4oz cauliflower (fried in coconut oil with garlic salt), and 4oz cucumbers (marinated in lemon, vinegar and cayenne)
Dinner: 4 oz halibut (caught by my father-in-law in Alaska a couple weeks ago… baked with spike seasoning), 4 oz broccoli and 4 oz cauliflower (one fried in cococut oil, the other in butter)
