I weighed in at 279.5 this morning.
I injured my foot on friday (stepped on one of my kids toys), so I don’t know how much walking I’ll do early this week.
Breakfast was home-made chicken vegetable soup with all organic chicken, carrots, potatoes, peas and green beans.
I had buttered (organic) rye toast (organic) along with the soup and a large glass of carrot juice (organic).
